first, you'll need an editor. what's an editor? it edits your html files, saves them so you don't lose them if you close a tab, and they have extensions to prettify your code, and customizable themes.
HTML Editors
Phoenix Code in-browser editor similar to Visual Studio CodeJSFiddleTest HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in your browser. Similar to CodePen, but doesn't require an account.
Notepad++ A source code editor and Notepad replacement that supports several programming languages.
* many editors now include an AI assistance feature because it's become common to ask AI questions instead of using the forums the AI was trained from. (these features are optional, and you don't need to and shouldn't rely on them for your coding)
Now that you have an editor, you can use a free template! Or make one from scratch using code & interactive HTML cheatsheet
You should code your HTML first, it builds the skeleton while CSS decorates it!
Whenever you've finished your HTML, you can use interactive CSS cheatsheet to decorate it!
